Tried everything to fix the problem of my iPhone vibrate when receiving calls, need a fix asap. Use my iPhone for work and missing so many calls, always keep it on vibrate as I am in numerous face to face meetings and don't need the distraction of a phone ringing, please

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
To address the behavior with your phone not vibrating, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and enable Play Haptics in Ring Mode and Play Haptics in Silent Mode.
Make sure that you do not have Screen Time enabled, that would silent calls and you wouldn't feel the vibration.
You would need to go through each of the listed settings in Settings > Screen Time.
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Thanks for this but it's still not working and it's set up to play haptics in silent mode and also screen time is disabled, any other suggestions? Please help

I had the same exact problem. All the settings were correct. I powered off my phone and rebooted. Now it works. Not sure why but it worked.
