Internet recovery ground hog day
i am in internet covery and I can’t get out. The screen loads then starts over with the spinning globe over and over. Why and what ???

Quite possibly failed hardware, or failed network, or both.

If you have access to another Mac that can run macOS 11 or whatever the problem Mac is running, try building a bootable installer on the working Mac, and transfer and try to boot and use that to boot the problem Mac:
