Photo Shuffle only shows two categories

I am running iOS 17, and when I had my wallpaper set to Photo Shuffle, it was giving me the option of People, Nature, and Cities. Now it’s only giving me the option of Nature and Cities. What happened to the People option? Why can I not choose People as the option for my photo shuffle for my wallpaper? I have done a hard reboot of the phone several times. I have chose a different wallpaper setting and done a hard reboot and then tried to come back to the photo shuffle but still it doesn’t give me the option of people. What has happened? How do I get the people choice back in the photo shuffle option for wallpaper?
