Messed up my iPhone 15 pro start

I just started my new IPhone 15 Pro. At some point during the procedure I made a mistake and gave my husband phone number and his SS# last 4 digits because my own information was refused by the procedure and I thought “of okay I get it. Hubby is the primary subscriber of all T-mobile numbers in the family. So I should give his info…. “ big mistake. Now my new IPhone has his number not mine and his IPhone does not work . My old iPhone is still connected with T-mobile access . What should I do ?

I think you should call your carrier and see what can be done. If it's an eSim supporting quick transfer you can transfer it back to the other iPhone without contacting your carrier
