Where are all my purchased tones?

I’ve bought multiple ringtones/alert tones over the past few years but suddenly they’re no longer showing up as options under settings, even when I opt to “download purchased tones.” Selecting that option under the Sounds/Haptics settings opens the iTunes store, but when I navigate to the Purchased tab, the only options are Music, Movies, and TV Shows…When I go back and click on Tones, it just takes me to the Tones store so I’m going in circles. I even tried buying a tone I’d previously paid for just to get it back, and STILL nothing shows up; so I can’t keep wasting money trying to get these back, as inexpensive as they are. I’m guessing it may be related to iOS 17 but am not certain…how do I get my purchased tones back?
