Spacebar not working properly

Hi my spacebar isn't working unless I press shift along with it on my Macbook Pro 13inch 2022. I do not have full keyboard access enabled. Please help.

Check full keyboard access in your accessibility settings again. Turn it on and turn it off again. Restart your machine.

It is almost always the cause of what you describe.
