Customizing the closing-animation of full screen window on MAC
Dear Community,
I'm new to the Mac , having recently switched from Windows. It's been three days since I began using the Mac, and today, I updated it to the Sonoma version. I have a question about the animation that occurs when opening or closing full-screen windows. Specifically, when I close a full-screen window, it closes with a right-sliding animation. However, I'm not particularly fond of this animation, as it's occasionally less smooth and slightly delayed, even if just for a fraction of a millisecond.
I attempted to address this by reducing motion in the "Accessibility" settings under "Display." This successfully changed the animation to fade, but I do not want it to affect the overall animation across the system. My goal is to modify only this specific animation when closing full-screen windows.
I noticed that there's an option for customizing the animation when minimizing windows, where you can choose between the "Scale" and "Genie" effects. Is there a similar feature or setting available to modify the animation when closing full-screen windows, allowing me to select an animation style that aligns with my preferences?
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
