Menu bar randomly turning deep red when using programs after the Sonoma update

Since I updated to Sonoma, at random times the menu bar turns deep red. Sometimes accross the whole bar, sometimes just the time and date, sometimes a random place. If I hide the program and instantly unhide the program it goes away. Its not like using heavy memory gobbling programs, it happens when using iCal or Pages.

Anyone got any ideas?????
