My iphone have red nd green lines all over the screen
I woke up this morning and my iphone 14 have full of red and green lines.
It was working well till yesterday but today morning its full of lines.

It sounds like you have a bad screen. First, try a forced restart, if that doesn't fix it, take it to a Genius Bar to have it looked at.
Forced Restart -
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
