How do I stop the "attempted to access these secure websites" Screen Time popup?

How do I stop the "attempted to access these secure websites" popup with parental controls enabled? This window pops up all the time. It's been this way for years. My daughter just leaves the window there when viewing Kids YouTube because she's tired of messing with it. I've tried clicking OK. I've tried unchecking the boxes then click OK. Neither works. I don't want to add the websites. HELP!!!

If you're allowing her to ignore it, turn screen time off.

Apparently this is an ongoing problem as you've been living with it for years (Mavericks OS 10 in the post) and you're on macOS 13.6 which is a recent OS version.

I looked through the link which ends in 2016. The fact that it’s 8 years later and Apple still has not resolved this tells me they are not interested in resolving this issue which means they are not interested in truly protecting children on the net. The fact that it could even temporary be solved by apple engineers by putting that window in the taskbar rather than coming into focus and interrupting whatever task user currently is doing would suggest that it’s actually a malicious behavior!

This is maddening. I turn on parental controls to protect my child and this annoying pop-up comes up in the middle of the screen every 30 seconds telling me its blocking something. I need it to block the unwanted sites/pop-ups not tell me about it! How is my child supposed to actually get anything done on the computer with this pop-up message showing up and requiring a click every 30 seconds? And why isn't apple doing anything about it? Clearly this is an on-going issue!

The only solution I have thought of would be to turn parental controls off which is leaving my child open to the entire internet. Not ok.
