Apple MacBook Air M2 External Display Keeps Disconnecting and Reconnecting

Every 5-10 minutes my MacBook Air M2 will disconnect then immediately reconnect with the external display. I see the monitor go black, seek video input, then automatically reconnect.

This issue persists on both macOS Ventura and Sonoma. I exchanged my laptop for the exact same model and specs and it has occurred on both. I have tested this with 3 different monitors (including at the Genius Bar). I have used different HDMI cables and also an adapter bought from Apple itself. I gave my laptop to Genius Bar and they were able to replicate the issue. They took it overnight and wiped the OS but the issue was not fixed.

Not sure what to do to fix this issue anymore.
