iOS 17.0.3 Update Oct. 2023 sound issues

I updated to iOS 17 and now all 3rd party App unique sounds have been defaulted to same very low beep sound. You can barely hear the sound if at all.

I cannot hear audible notifications that came with my Apps: ADT, Garage Open/Close, Security Cameras, Video Doorbell, My Find, My Bible, Weather, to name a few!

I am a business woman, mother and wife using Apple iPhone to manage my life events. Each App has a distinctive alert sound and right now I am very ****** at Apple. If not resolved soon, switching to Android phone.

I called Apple Support and was told that Apple is aware and looking into the problem. But WHY did this happen in the first place???

Same Issue with my new device iPad Pro 11” 2022 and my iPhone12 pro max after iOS 17.0.3 update…Loss of Sound Choices and Volume on text tone/mail and the default new sound is Terrible…Cannot Hear! And Volume is at the max…Like You I depend on my different notification sounds….and I’m NOT Happy…Apple Must Correct and Fix this issue ASAP.

The exact thing happened to mine as well with the update. I am hoping someone will have an answer to fix this.

The reason is that all ringtones in the Sound directory of the third party App have been removed !!!!!
