iOS 17 update needs some major fixes

Anyone notice the default notification sound is like a very very low plop sound. I noticed it’s on all the non-apple apps it’s so low I’m missing so many notifications like my security cameras, my WeatherBug, and many many others. Anybody else have this issue? Apple do you plan on fixing this?! It does mean no good to have these apps that I can’t hear a notification.
