This is their problem to fix. They need to stop using the outdated and privacy-intrusive "user agent" query. Unfortunately, that leaves you out in the cold until they realize the error of their ways and correct it.

Safari 15.6.1 would indicate you're using Safari on macOS Catalina.
If your Mac can be upgraded, you should do that.
If not, and if you are having trouble connecting to and using websites with your older version of Safari, try it with a newer third party browser that is still being updated to meet current internet security protocols.
I suggest you take a look at Firefox browser or Brave browser... or even Chrome 🙄.
