Retrieve the old phone back
I have already return the trade in Iphone 11 and received a new Iphone 14 but I want to return the new phone and retrieve the old phone what is the procedure.

You can’t. Only way you can get it back is if it was inspected and determined that it had a lower value than initially quoted. You would then be given the option to either accept the new amount or have your phone returned. It’s why it’s best to hold on to your trade-in for a bit before sending it in just in case you want to return the new phone.
