Account disabled in the APP store and I tunes

I had to cancel a cc which was saved in the App Store to purchase app subscriptions.

the APP tries to renew the subscription and was declined.

I have a new CC and have tried to update my CC number in the APP store and after I enter the new CC info the red letter comment is “Account is disabled in the APP Store and I Tunes”

I can’t fix it, I need help.

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
