I am using the iPad Pro for note-making and have been using Apple notes since I got my iPad. The lines and grids disappear if I switch to a different app and back to notes. Is this a bug? There are many more actions that lead to this. Also, the text I write gets behind the lines and grids occasionally; this is not at all done. Can anyone help solve this?

Yes, my iPad is fully updated (iPadOS 17.0.3). The issue has persisted prior to the update as well, and it is still there. I am using Apple Pencil (2nd Generation).

We'd recommend confirming your iPad is fully updated to the latest version of iPadOS.
Once updated, test the issue again. Additionally, are you using an Apple Pencil with Notes or your fingers?
