All of a sudden I get my text message, notifications really loud in my AirPod pro 2,, and even if I lower or raise the volume the notification sound stays loud it hurts every time.
I dont think any of you get it. No matter what level i put it at it always stays loud in the EarPods. If I put the volume low its still loud. The only way to avoid this is to put the phone in vibrate but i want to hear my notifications

Does the sound for your notifications sound louder even when you are not using your AirPods Pro? If so, check the settings for your notifications by following Change iPhone sounds and vibrations.
If it only happens when you are using your AirPods, see if reducing loud sounds for your AirPods help Use headphone audio level features on iPhone.

Try adjusting the alert volume to a comfortable level, then locking the volume so it's not changed unintentionally.
Lock the ringer and alert volumes in Settings
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Sounds & Haptics (on supported models) or Sounds (on other iPhone models).
3. Turn off Change with Buttons.

Its only with the airpods and i tried that no matter what I do it stays at full volume for notifications. This all started after the latest update. It did not do that before
