How do I know if my Mac is infected by an AdLoad virus?

Notification pops up in upper right corner of Mac every 5min. Virus? Little notification pops up in upper right corner every 5 mins. First one has a Safari incon and says Remove Viruses from Mac from 19216811.uno Use this tool for Mac protection. Second one says Personal Offer for You. from 19216811.uno. We found 1 offer that might interest you. norton didn’t find anything and Mcaffee didn’t either. Trying bitdefendrr. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It's not infected by any virus. Any alert that says so is a scam to get you to buy apps you don't need.

Explain the reason for your concern. There are no viruses that affect macOS so just forget that idea.
