Phone stolen and the number is no longer available

I have been trying every thing to gain access to my account all my life was in that phone I have no idea how get it back I forgot my Apple ID password and I couldn’t reset it anymore because I don’t have the recovery key anymore that was saved on the phone that got stolen can anyone help to at this point please!
