Removing program tails

I installed the program from the Internet VPN PLANET FREE. I deleted it because I didn't like her work. At the same time, in the settings-main-login objects-allow in the background-the name of this program is present in the list.

How can this be removed?

If you deleted the app and/or toggled off in Login-items you can safely ignore the item

for example—.

Yes it is, but I have the impression that the deleted program is not completely deleted.
Can't this list be cleared?

Many apps do not have functional uninstallers. Most apps that add files to this "background items" list would need an uninstaller to remove. You generally won't be able to drag a file to the trash to uninstall. These files won't come up on a search either. Don't try using any kind of "app zapper" or "clean up" tool. They can permanently damage your file system and will require you to completely erase the hard drive if you want to uninstall certain low-level system modifications.
