iPhone order delays

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on September 15. The Apple order page showed that it should have been delivered by Friday, October 13. It wasn't. At one point UPS tracking showed that it was scheduled to be delivered by Thursday, October 12. It wasn't.

Now the Apple order page only shows "Arriving soon" and UPS tracking has gone blank, showing "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."

It's a month on now and there is no specific delivery date. Does this indicate a problem? I thought Apple's delivery dates were reliable. Apple's online chat is closed because it's the weekend.

I had same issue now. UPS keep changing delivery date and won't update any activity since Oct 12th. So I contacted UPS and UPS said I need to call Apple (800-692-7753) to request investigate the tracking information. I did this on Oct 16th.

Wow. That must be frustrating for you. I hope things go better than you've been led to believe.

I had good news today. I suddenly got an update that I should receive my phone today, which I did. It was several days late, but at least I don't have to wait another 3-4 weeks.
