Saying that my camera has an unknown part
I tried to connect my furbo to my iPhone and it’s not letting me because it says the camera has an unknown part
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13
Have you recently had this iPhone repaired or battery replaced? If so, was it done by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider ... or by another third-party shop?
The support article you arrived here should have provided you the following information, in this case:
You will see an Unknown Part 
message if the camera installation is incomplete or if the camera:
- Was replaced with a nongenuine camera
- Was already used or installed in another iPhone
- Isn't functioning as expected
This message doesn't affect your ability to use your iPhone or access your camera.
