Windows iTunes has quit airplaying to my AppleTVs

My Windows iTunes has worked for decades, and I use it to stream (AirPlay) to multiple new gen AppleTVs. Beginning yesterday, the AppleTVs show up in the speakers drop down, but when selected, everyone one of them gives an error in iTunes that says "the airplay device is not compatible with the current airplay playback configuration" I have disable passwords on the ATVs, rebooted etc and none work. I also have iTunes on a separate laptop and it is showing the same behavior. Otherwise, the ATVs work fine, and I'm even able to AirPlay from my iPhone to the ATVs. It is only the various versions of iTunes that is showing this problem. Any thoughts?
