• Damaged Lightning or USB-C Port, Maybe?:

The port may be damaged, and as a result, changing is not able to occur. So, see about getting this serviced.

• Which Cable to Use?:

Based on personal experience: If it were the charger itself, then try going brand-for-brand(Apple-for-Apple), though not necessary, it has increased trustworthiness.

If your iPhone 15 pro cannot turn on you may need to verify your battery level and charging cable
