27 inch late 2013 iMac update error code (102)

I’ve been hacked a few times in my computer so I cleared it and restarted fresh when I went to App Store to update it I kept getting “error code (102) I’ve tried restarting it, wiping it, clearing my cache and get still nothing has worked
