How do I enable afib detection and report to my doctor with my apple series 9 watch?

I just purchased Iphone 15 and apple watch series 9, and want to make sure it detects any/all instances of afib as much as possible so that I can send a report to my doctor. How do I make sure it is detecting this, and how do i send a report to my doctor?
