How to disable Personal Hotspot

In OSX when I click in wifi icon at menu bar, there is a "Personal Hotspot: Sheri's iPhone" entry, regardless of whether or not "Internet Sharing" is on or off in my iPhone. I've tried to change iPhone wifi password but still auto connects. How can I hide or disable it? Problem is when wifi fails or I’m out of the house, it automatically connects to my iPhone. I want to avoid this as it uses my data.

I have a MacBook Air Ventura Version 13.2

Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks
