iPhone 15 - Freezing Apps

I have already suffered this problem 3 times and I have not even had the iPhone 15 for a month, Safari and TikTok have been blocked on iOs 17.0.2, and with the new iOs 17.0.3 update it still happens to me, this time with Instagram, I have I picked up my phone with 30% battery, I went to Instagram and quickly zoomed in on a photo, the zoom stuck and I couldn't do anything but close the app

Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:


A. Start with a Force Restart:

B. Try the Tips at these Apple Support Links:





C. Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone might be stuck in a boot loop. This typically happens when you unsuccessfully download somethings or an install stalls.  So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - Apple Support

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
