In Telegram, when I go to Settings -> Devices -> Link Desktop Device, the camera is not opened and the display is as below:
However, I ensure that the camera permission is granted to Telegram, and camera can be used in Telegram Chat.
Is this a problem with my phone or iOS 17?

Have you given permission in Settings for Telegram to access your camera? If you have and it's not working, then you need to contact Telegram. Telegram is not an Apple product.

Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Camera
Make sure you have granted access to Telegram
I've got the same problem on the same device running 17.0.3 and Telegram v10.1.2.
I've checked the privacy settings for Telegram and it was all enabled.
As a test, I closed Telegram, disabled access to the camera for Telegram, then re-opened the app. When I attempted to use this feature, the app correctly notified that the camera permission was not enabled and took me to the screen to grant permission. When I did, I still got the same result, no camera.
