Allow camera on messenger kids

On my daughters Ipad when using kids messenger the camera will not work.

I get this Page

Then when I select allow it goes to this Page

But I can't find anything to do with the camera.

I have searched and followed all the directions around the screen time. I have also looked at the camera app to allow messenger but I can't find anything.

Some help would be appreciated

Were you ever able to fix this? My child’s tablet did this in the middle of a video call with a friend & I’ve tried re-installing the app & nothing works.
