Lost phone

I lost my iPhone and I don’t have it backed up on anything other than iCloud.com but changed phone numbers. How can I access it on my new phone?

During setup of the new phone …

…. after fully logging-in to your pre-existing AppleID …

… select an available backup to be installed onto your new phone.
