Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB

128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Sonoma 14.0

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

You haven’t given enough details to formulate an answer but in the meantime try restarting in safe mode followed by a normal restart.
