Iphone SE 2022 horizontal lines appear
horizontal lines appear on my screen but there no touching issues,I tried forced restart but It not worked, lines ain't big small black lines everywhere, gap between two lines < 1mm.

If you see those thin lines everywhere (I mean using all apps and/or in your home page), it might be a hardware (screen? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
