Ken Burns effect in Final Cut Pro

How do I get the 'end' crop on one clip be the 'start' crop on the next clip?

Select the first clip and Command-C to Copy.

Select the second clip and Command-Shift-V to Paste Attributes.

If necessary, uncheck any other attributes or effects that you don't want to paste.

After you have pasted the Ken Burns, activate the clip and click the button to swap the start and end.

Finally, adjust the end to your liking.
