I wants refund of one music app . Status is showing refunded but I didn’t receive money my account

I purchased music app name one price is 49.99 AED but this aap was not working so I requested to refund . On status showing refund is completed but I didn’t receive money in my accounts. I requested on 9/10/23 pls reply
