Cellular data app list questions (2)

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

If you have apps allowed to use cell data, they will use Wi-Fi when available and then will use your cell network if no Wi-Fi network is available.

Wireless carriers offer Wi-Fi calling and if you do not have Wi-Fi available, it will simply use your cell network.
