new phone old watch

i got a new phone, but i don’t know how to pair my old watch with this nee phone without the old phone.

You will need to erase your Apple Watch (factory reset) then pair with your new iPhone and setup again.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support


Please check before you erase, you will need the Apple ID used by the existing watch configuration. Hopefully you used the same ID for the new iPhone because this makes it easier, but if your new iPhone uses a different Apple ID (not the same as the watch) you will also need to remove the watch from its old Apple ID to release the Activation Lock. See steps to follow for this in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support
