iPhone's Safari can’t open a page.

I can go on any other website, when I try and go on Nike.com it gives me a black page stating: Safari Can’t Open The Page Because Your iPhone Is Not Connected To The Internet. Now I need to get through the website to get connected to the Nike app. iPhone 13 Pro Max

Troubleshooting iPhone WiFi:

A. About "No Internet Connection":

Just because you are connected to a network, does not mean you have an Internet connection. You may be connected to an internal LAN, and not to the Internet.

B. A few thoughts to try:

I. Start Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch won't Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support

II. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:

III. Restart your Router:

  1. Power: off the router
  2. Wait: 30 seconds
  3. Power: It back on

IV. Reconnect to your Network:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Wi-Fi
  3. Disable: Wi-Fi
  4. Wait: 30 seconds
  5. Enable: Wi-Fi

V. Add Back the Network:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Wi-Fi
  3. Remove: the network
  4. Wait: 30 seconds
  5. Add: the network back

Clearing History:

If you mean you Bookmarks, then no, they will not be deleted. If you mean the Tabs, then no, they will not be closed --you'll just have to reenter info (i.e. login credentials). So, if you are logged into something,. such as these forums, then you'll have to log in, once more.
