How to change my Mobile number linked to Apple ID ?

Am no more using my Old mobile number .

Want to change my Old mobile number with New Number .

One option i tried is to Change my number from Password and Security under Settings .

But to go inside this option, i have to enter AppleID password and passcode sent to my Old Mobile number.

As i dont have my Old mobile number with me,am not able to use this option.
