Someone hacked my Apple ID

All my devices are compromised my old 11s are still being used and my tablets say”Unavailable “ when powered on … setttings are hacked and all emails and social media profiles are completely taken over and fabricated … you guys stole 554 for a non return fee and never gave my money back for devices still using my account help
