How to unblock email senders
I accidentally blocked an email address and I don’t know how to unblock it

You can remove addresses that you have added to your iPad's internal mail block-list from iPad settings:
Settings > Mail > Blocked > Edit - tap the red "-" button to delete the entry that you wish to remove
