How do i move tickets from the file to the Wallet?

You can't move it from File app to Wallet app.

Contact those tickets issuer, find you tickets on their website and see if the have this icon (then tap on it):

Thanks for your response. I didn't see where I could move a high speed rail ticket in Amsterdam from my file to the Wallet.
