App Store problems
I try to download the app from The Gym Group (uk) and the page goes blank. Also
i can’t find the app in the App Store. My husband has the same IPhone and he downloaded it and found it easily in the App Store

Try this, check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
