On apple Maps one can change the orientation by pressing the pointy arrow up the top right, twice. But it keeps going back to the original orientation. How can I fixate this so I dont have to keep pressing every couple of minutes while driving?

So its not connected on carplay, but on my phone. the problem is that the orientation keeps flipping back when it adjusts the length of the trip so that every few minutes I have to press the triangle icon at the top right twice to get thw orientation back to where I want it to be. This is distracting me from driving. I would like to have the orientation not change once I have set it. I like to watch the blue dot (me on the road) go in the direction I go and enlanrged so that I can clearly see where to turn etc. But it keeps zooming out and turning up side down when it adjusts the time left driving. Can the orientation and zooming in just be fixated and not automatically keep changing

I would like with orientation in terms of, when you are driving using directions from Apple Maps, I would like the maps orientation to be in the actual, literal direction you are driving and not the default 'North' as you are on the maps. Thanks
