Get rid of the side arrow on the right side of my screen.

When I press it, it starts to read whatever happens to be on the screen if there is any text.

This seems to be voice over that is activated. Please see this on how to de-activate this feature

Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn the setting on or off.

The Home Screen dots at the bottom of the screen -now only ever shows 3 dots, you never really know where you 'are', it was fine before.. now it doesn't communicate anything. The dots at the bottom of the Home Screen used to easily show you how many screens of apps you had, clearly showing you which screen you are on. Now it only ever shows 3 screens.. even when swiping between screens.. So, you never really know what screen you are on.
