Stuck on error 4013 while trying to update/restore iPad (6th gen)

Hello, I have been trying to update/restore my ios after my storage had been maxed out and was stuck on flashing Apple logo. When I try to use iTunes to restore, I keep getting a 4013 error while doing so.Any help?
