Call list on partners iphone

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help out i share my apple details with my partner on her phone but her calls are showing on my call list. I have turned off iCloud drive on my phone and her phone and also turned off handoff features but it’s still showing her calls on my list and my calls on her call list. Can someone help its driving me insane. We are both on iOS 17.0.3 not sure how to stop this.
