Anyone Else Encountering These Safari Bugs?

Good Morning: Ever since the most recent update, have had multiple problems with Safari.

1. "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." False. Safari always opens the page, but then the page freezes and this appears. Not good when you're streaming music.
2. "Safari Cannot Connect to iCloud Private Relay. Safari can't open the page. The error is 'The operation couldn't be completed. No space left on device,'" followed by a bunch of letters and ErrorDomain: 28.
3. Can no longer pay off my credit card bill and make other purchases on Safari, forcing me to use my backup browser, Firefox, which handles these transactions effortlessly.

Can solve the first two problems by quitting Safari (sometimes have to Force Quit) and restarting. However, sometimes have to quit (or Force Quit) multiple times before the first two problems go away and stay away. These three problems *never* occurred before the upgrade to Sonoma 14.0 (23A344). Have a 2020 iMac. Is this a known problem, and if yes, does Apple have a solution or must we wait for an update? TIA.
