Connected Servers - Finder Won't Display Files

I have several users now that have updated to Sonoma and they now cannot see files or folders beyond the first level of folders on our shared file server. The File Server is a Windows 2019 Server and works and has worked fine with Macs on previous OS versions.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It renders Macs pretty useless for us if they can't see/access shared files.

Users cannot delete folders on the network. can only be done through the Server. Mac studio running on Mac OS Ventura 13.1 We recently purchased and set up our new office file server, and have some issue. Whenever someone login on their Mac to access the server and opens a file (eg. Pages document file) and saves, the server creates a folder in the same folder, which is named after the file + string of numbers etc. This created folder stays in the folder even after closing the Pages file, and cannot be deleted, unless we go to the server computer to delete it manually. We are not sure why the server is doing it - When a user who is login to the server from their Mac and opens a file to work on (file in BLUE box), the server will start to create folders every time the user saves the file (folders in RED box) The folders are blank, and user cannot delete the folders However, when the server is restarted and user logins in after restarting the server, user can delete the folders Server is a new Mac Studio on Mac OS Ventura. I have already updated the OS to 13.1 but its still doing this Currently sharing files on SMB too cos we have a few PCs on Windows.

File Sharing Not Working in MacOS Ventura Hello from Victoria Canada We have five Imacs using MacOS Ventura and file sharing betweenthe computers does not work any more. I can 'see' the public folder but cannot 'mount' it. Other people have reported similar problems and I have tried their fixes (delete all settings and put in new ones, re-start all computers, etc) but nothing is working. Any one can help? thank you for your time.

SMB / Windows Shared Folders Issues Our small business have 2 Windows servers. A 2018 and a 2022. Both have several folder shares and since upgrade a Mac mini to Ventura we are having issues. Process: Finder -> Connect to Server smb://192.168.1.200/pics or ../videos Ventura connects, browses, but as soon as I try to pull a file from it or put a file , I get the Estimating time.... box and sits there thinking for 10 minutes and it times-out. Works perfectly from previous MacOS boxes, and it worked ok on this Mac mini until moving to ventura. I installed FileZilla on one windows server, and tested with ftp, and it worked perfectly with the ftp protocol, from this same ventura box. So "it seems" something is messed up with Ventura's SMB implementation? I appreciate any input. Thanks !
